Cala Xarraca is a cove in Sant Joan de Labritja, Ibiza. Sheltered from E, SE, S, SW, W and NW winds; exposed to N winds.
A wide, deep bay north of Sant Joan, closed to the west by Punta de Xarraca, with coarse golden sand, a quieter side cove and a rocky stretch with traditional slipways. The water is very clean, with posidonia meadows and a nearby islet that is easy to explore with mask and snorkel. A fish restaurant sits at the top of the beach.
Arena suggests 1 spots to anchor on sand, clear of Posidonia; the closest to the meadow is 104 m away.
Anchoring on Posidonia is forbidden: the app shows the meadow on the map and warns you if the anchor would land on it.
